What is Logismoi? In Greek it means an attack of intrusive thoughts from demonic forces. As Orthodox Christians, we must always guard against this attack by protecting our hearts and minds. We can do this by making the sign of the cross and/or by saying the Jesus Prayer...or: Lord, Jesus Christ, my God, save and protect me from evil thoughts.
It has always been a great comfort to me to know that we are all in this together and we must all pick up our crosses, and go into battle, and NEVER GIVE UP! This is the ongoing call to all Orthodox Christians, to never give up in our quest to know Christ and continually turn toward Him.
